The ideal candidates should have:Proficiency in Core and Advanced Java, including object-oriented programming, multithreading, exception handling, and collections.Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and RESTful API development.Solid understanding of relational databases, with strong SQL and Oracle skills (especially for the Chennai role).Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSP/Servlets.Experience using version control systems such as Git.Exposure to build tools like Maven or Gradle.Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like JUnit or TestNG.For senior roles: experience in designing scalable architectures, leading modules, and mentoring junior developers.
